Anyway, the boys were outside playing, sweating, and saying how hot it was, when they gazed across the backyard to the glistneing wet blue waters of the pool. Yes, we opened our pool yesterday. A little earlier than usual, but as I said, it's been so nice. Well, it looked like an easy solution to the problem. Hot bodies, cool water.
So, in goes Quinn.

And then Carson.

And out they both came.

The air might have been 82 but the water....

These two were smart, stuck it out, and ate a popsicle instead of turning into one!

Too funny! I have a picture of those two boys from last year when it was about 85 out and the pool was WARM and they were laying out on a raft wrapped up in towels because they were shivering! (I'll make sure not to bring out suits tomorrow.) :)
haha so cute! i probably would've jumped in with them :)
haahaaa...that is great!!! Kids just don't understand how cold it is until they get in. That is MIGHTY COLD THOUGH!!!! Time for a solar pool cover:).
I love those crazy kids!!! U can bet em would have been right there with them, me and shelb not so much. I like kade and jada's solution MUCH better. I'll wait till the waters a balmy 86 then go in. LOL
Looks so fun! I bet Jada will have a good time swimming with all the boys this summer:)
